Shocking respond

Woodmead branch sold me an incorrect product, I went to Benmore to exchange but Refilwe manager told me to go back to the store I bought from, which its ridiculous.<br> <br> I then phone head office just to complain about the service, Roshni from comsumer care overlooked at my complain and decided to tell me about the policy but thats how she missed out my point/reason of my call. she gave the phone to Albert who was even worse than everyone I have spoken to.<br> <br> In overall I spoke to 3 staff and non were caring, in my entire life as a consumer never came across such a pathetic service. I am never returning or taking my money to any of their store.<br> <br>
