RUDE Pavillion Branch Manager

I would just like to let you know how INCREDABLY disappointed I was with the service I have received from your Pavillion branch manager.

Our medical aid (Bestmed) sent me an sms informing me that our baby bag was ready for collection at this branch and that I need to go there and ask for it from the manager. Very excited about the baby bag and baby shopping I went there on Friday afternoon and walked I to a long que at the tills. I wanted to buy some things and thought let me get the bag first while waiting for the que to shorten. I heard someone screaming from the shop floor the whole-time call X to get to her till. But no one responded. I walked up to the lady and asked her if I could please speak to the Manager and all I got was a very rude "Why" so I explained to her that I was there to fetch my baby bag from Bestmed. And she rep****, "Your ID and Medical aid card" Which I have then given to her.

She went into the office and returned after a while, throwing my baby bag on a table saying, "There you go"

I took the bag and could not wait to get out of there after feeling so unwelcome! I was planning on buying quite a few things while in the shop but decided to rather go to Babies R us where they fell over their feet to make me welcome and assisting me with everything I needed for our first born.

Is this how you treat pregnant women and potential clients?
