Rude and Abnoxious Staff at the Sprinfield branch

I am extremely appalled at the rude and abnoxious staff at the Sprinfield branch.

This is the second atrocious experience at this branch. The staff are not focused on customer experience.

On sunday 9 September, i was forced to purchase a packet when I had my blue bag on the counter. The staff member said that it will take a long time for the manager to reverse it so I rather take it and continued to pack the items.

Upon asking the second Time to reverse the packet charge the staff member shouted across the store for the manager.

Is this the kind people you want working in your store?

To add to my frustration the manager himself did not even apologise, he just simply reversed the item and walked away in a furious manner.

Am I bound by the stores policy to purchase items that I do not want?
