PUZZLED

I went into Baby City this morning at 8:30 am to check price for a car seat. the doors where open but when i went inside half way in the attendants told me that the shop was not yet operational so i should come back later. i begged the assistance to just allow me to check price, since that is all i wanted. she refused, i requested for the manager, who also refused.<br> i found this indifference to customer care very sad! yes it was not opened, but i was half way in because their doors were misleading. and all i wanted to take was a photo. Maybe because i was a foreigner and did not speak thier language?
