Poor Service from Branch (Benmore) and Head Office

<p>My wife and i were given a rocker as a gift, however the rocker in question was not on display. The store sold it to us without questioning whether we wanted the device tested and when we assembled the unit the rocker didnt perform as expected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Chatting to the staff at Baby City and the owner, both were not prepared to swop it out stating that its too much of an effort to dismantle and they wouldnt be able to resell it. This was within the 7 days. I am completely disgusted and since i see the organization doesnt respond, it doesnt matter, i am putting it out there that i am completely boycotting the stores as a matter of principle. The unit in question was very expensive. The matter could have been held in a professional manner.</p>
