Poor service from Babycity Westrand.

So I placed an order for a few items on Thursday morning (28/9/2023), I was very happy to get a call from the store that my order is completed and that they just need to package it and will be ready for collection Friday afternoon. So today I call and they tell me that some items are out for stock. This is so disappointing considering that I bought things that I want to use.
