Poor Service and Lack of Communication
I thought the whole point of Baby City giving you a sticker when purchasing prams was for them to register the warranty with your sticker number???

Sunday, 2 weeks ago I dropped off my 5 month old Bambino Pram at BabyCity Pavillion for repairs as the back wheels were faulty. They assured me it would take a week. They told me my pram had been sent to Bambino for repairs and demanded that I pay R141 for repairs before they could fix it. I gladly drove out of my way the next Wednesday to pay this as I could not fin my receipt, although I still thought that's what the sticker was for.

I never heard anything more until last Thursday when I got a all from Bambino themselves statig that they hoped to collect my pram on Friday morning for repair (it hadn't even been collected yet after nearly 2 weeks). Imagine my disappointment when Management @babycity came up with an array of excuses as to why my pram had not yet reached Umbilo. I was further told by Bambino that the job would only take 30mins to complete???

One would think the Manager of Baby city would have some idea as to how hard it is to manage a baby without a pram????
