Poor Service

I purchased items online on the 31st of August 2025.Hoping I would receive them within Baby City's lead time as usual.I never had issues before with online orders either with Baby City nor Dischem however,just when I need my items the most I do not receive them on time.Their lead time has passed and fourways store that is supposed to process my delivery knows nothing about it.We (myself and Fourways store)now have to wait for online employees to start operating for a follow to be made.I honestly have no words for such poor service.As is I need my items.It unbelievable how in 2025 we still have people who goes to work just to ruin customers day & still get paid for it whereas there are plenty of capable individuals in this province alone without employment.This service is unacceptable and somebody needs to take account for it.
