POOR QUALITY OF GOODS AND WORST SERVICE EVER!!

We bought a brand new stroller and bottle warmers. Stroler had a broken left front wheel and bottle warmers had non-working zippers. Sent stroller back for repairs and it still came back with same problem after 2 weeks in Dbn. Warmers are tommee tippee a good brand but im sure those were purchased from somewhere shaddy. Manager gave me attitude and staff had nasty comments to say which my wife heard. I made the shop small and told the manager exactly what i thought of his customer quiery resolution skills. I have vowed never to buy anything from baby city stores due to this nasty experience. The manger was completely useless and did nothing but tell me i had to accept the situation as it was. Not with me and my hard earned money!! At baby stores you expect friendly and helpful employees. Well, not at baby city parkmeadows near eastgate mall. Those guys are horrible. No manners and down-right unfriendly. DO NOT SHOP THERE!! PRODUCTS ARE 2ND RATE STUFF. Every item we have bought there, has had something wrong with it or not working properly.
