Poor experience
i was recently at the baby city in Olympus where i baught a Brest Pump, i returned it for a credit, got treated so badly that i felt like a child that was being disciplined for doing something wrong.
I was about to buy R2500+- stuff which i never took.
Place needs a serious chat.
Will make sure my friends know of my experience.

27 Mar 2019, 10:32Was contacted by head office, and i see that the poor service extends all the way to the top, just found out that i bought a 2nd hand breast pump that they are accusing me of using... Box was never sealed, pump was never used, not even taken out of the box. they refuse to take responsibility....
So i will not go to Baby City to buy 2nd hand stuff when you can get new stuff at Baby Boom and Babies R US.
