Poor customer service leaves much to be desired!

On more then one occasion I have reached the tills with no-one in sight to ring up my purchases. I then need to run around searching for someone or request the security guard at the door to please find someone to assist. After a wait, someone walks slowly to the till and without an apology starts to ring up my purchases. Today a similar event took place except that this time I wanted to buy a voucher. The senior person in charge who is required to sign off on vouchers was busy at the back of the store - I waited about 15 minutes at the front desk waiting for her to finish her task before she was able to assist me! Shocking! This was followed up by no apology, and when I complained, the bad attitude I received was equally as shocking as the long wait. Customer service needs to be drastically improved in this store.
