Pathetic service.. Will never support this company

<p>Within an hour of making a purchase of R1500.00 I could not get the item refunded. Since when is this part of the customer protection act?? Isn't there a 7 day rule for this?? The item was completely sealed. And the manager of the pavilion baby city on spine road is absolutely rude!! Who screams at clients in front of other clients.. especially when they are 8-months pregnant. He says well u made a decision to buy it so that's not my problem... Pathetic rules... Pathetic service... to all the mummies that read this.. don't waste your time at this store... they are over priced and over all rude!! </p>
