Pathetic service - Return of defective product

Very disappointed with Baby City Craighall. Bought Huggies Gold pants that had defects (pants all stuck together & breaking) so took back almost sealed pack to the store 2 days after I bought them only to be handed over to the supplier with the store telling me they can’t refund me for an inferior product that they sold and took my money for and I just sought out with the supplier. Pretty pathetic as the supplier wasn’t involved when I paid so why are they involved now? You have permanently lost me as a customer
