Pathetic service

I am very unhappy with the services I got at baby city in n1 city value center.

You have broken trolleys whereby my child almost fell through it.

When I complain the security at the door tells me oh he don’t know then at the cashier that was ringing up my stuff just looked at me and laughed and tell me oh she is thinking her name is nosipho dlova.

When the manager comes there was no apology just a response that yes that trolley has rope on it. So what she is saying that the rope on the trolley should hold my child and he should be fine in there.

This is a disgrace to have such ****y equipment at a place where you sell baby items and that you know that babies would be with a mother when she come to buy things.

The staff was laughing as if this was a god **** joke. I am so ****ed thinking I have spent so much money at this company for my child and this is how you treat your customers, based on the review I can clearly see you don’t give a **** about your customers
