PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO CARE ATTITUDE

I went to the store to return an item They returned it and I specifically asked the lady for a cash refund and not a gift receipt She still gave me a gift recipt I purchased some items and had a balance on the gift recipt and now because it's a small slip I mislaid the slip I asked for them to reprint me the gift recipt as ALL gift recipts have a unique code they refuse to do so They do not understand the value of the money spent and this credit was meant to be given cash but they teller refused to do it !!! Pathetic service from staff and management ! They don't call back They have attitude And very unfriendly
