No Refunds from Baby City

<p>At just before payday in January, I wanted to exchange the milk I purchased for my baby to something else, as the milk I had purchased in the first place did not accommodate her. They do not do refunds and only offer a gift card...but the milk that I needed was not available in their store....and they said their supplier will not send this product to them again (I am going to have a hard time to get this milk for my baby, the manager said). Very poor service, they could not help me and I needed to make a plan to go buy the milk I needed in Dischem. I am very Disappointed in Baby City and they lost a customer. I would rather go to dischem from now on for the things I need for my baby!</p>
