No Good Customer Service - Breast Pump - URGENT

I am very disappointed in Baby City as I am a regular customer! We buy all our products their. We bought a breast pump and it broke recently. I took it inn for repairs and the staff said they need to book it inn for repairs, but I asked how are we gonna breast feed our baby? They said we need to buy a new one. We don't have the finances to buy a new one, something like that needs to be fixed immediately or we was supposed to get a breast pump on Loan from your supplier or shop in the meantime. We are not willing to spend another R750 for a temporary item in the meantime. <br> I am expecting to hear from you very soon from head office. Otherwise I will take my business somewhere else. <br>
