Managemant and Teller bad!!! Very Very bad!

We went to Baby City at Retail Crossing on Saturday 23 January, We then bought 2 Parmalat First Growth Cartons and Baby Bum Cream and a Christing Outfit for our son, when we got to the front to pay i asked if i can redeem my voucher from Huggies for a pack of nappies, after looking at me like she is going to die if she needs to do this she went to the manager and after a while came back and said yes, she then rang everything up and we paid, after getting the slip we saw there was 3 Parmalats on there when telling the teller her response was no and when showing her she just said oh... and told us to get another one, not asking if we want to be refunded for it... She also rang a pack of nappies (R99) up for R175 and did a refund because we had the voucher but then said we still have to pay in R79 in , i then asked why she rep**** just you have to, then the Manager came, she then said no because the teller rang the nappies for 175 we need to pay in, after explaining for 20 minutes to her that we did pay what we had to and we gave a voucher, she still didnt understan, then waisted about 30 min of our time and embaresed us, and owed us R10 that she did not give us. Very very unhappy!!!!
