Lack of Response

My wife visited the baby fare at the Coca Cola Dome and purchased 2 sets of Tommee Tippee pacifiers. After trying out one set she noticed that the product blocks off our daughter's nostrils and was not suitable for the baby, or in fact any baby. We took both sets back to the Woodmead branch of Baby City where the store manager refunded us for one in the form of a store voucher, and promised to query the product with the suppliers and get back to us within 2 business days. It has now been over a month without any correspondence from Baby City.
