Inflexible, unaccommodating, no refunds

I was at a Centurion, Pta branch this afternoon, I find them to be very inflexible, they won't refund a customer their money on items purchased 2-3 days prior to returning (items never opened, packaging 100%), they will only give you vouchers to ensure they don't loose out. New mothers to be cannot even try on maternity bras/crop tops, cycling type shorts - called post birth pants (NOT UNDERWEAR!) or belly binders to get correct sizing and you MOST certainly can't swop these for different sizes, net alone a refund. Not cool, especially considering brand sizes vary not to mention your body size changing in pregnancy and then you are RUDELY asked by the service till operator 'Don't you know your size'??? ***, rude, unaccommodating, I will not go back! Not even for nappies, Clicks and Pick n pay are far better! I agree with another ladies comment re service assistance, no one is around to help, it's a terrible shopping experience and not one I wish to repeat, hence I'll shop elsewhere in future and I hope moms with similar experiences do the same!
