Had a huge shock today as Baby city in PE and head office claim they cannot help with our gift voucher that we have lost by accident. My work gave us a R2000 voucher of which we have used around R400. They simply told us "it is what it is and they cant help". You cant tell me theres no way they cant track down our card number and see how much is left and issue another card?? So we must just forget about R1600?? Shame on you Baby city. Would have thought more of you guys since you are in the baby industry and know how expensive things are. That could have helped us alot but no... someone is too *********** to track down a simple card number... its on your system!!!!! You think other people are stupid? Check out yourselves. I have the date the gift voucher was purchased and the amount... few filters and BOOM! Theres your card... obviously you are technologically retarded... sort your **** out and get back to me with a better solution than your first one!!!
