Incompetency

Yesterday the 29/08/2021 I went to baby city to get things for my baby, security checked my slip but when I got home going through my slip I realized that I was charged twice for an item costing R399.00 I called the manager but till today no response whatsoever, what a bad experience and negligence from their tellers.
