In a digital and technology world Dis-Chem is falling short.

I recently added a gift Regis for my upcoming baby shower on the Bany Coty Dis-Chem website. After hours spent on the website selecting the products I would like I was firstly unable to share the link to my registry. Secondly after been given the registry number some of my guests have informed me that they are unable to access the registry. I then called the online client care and I was informed that guests need to be registered with Dis-Chem in order to be able to access the registry. I then logged in as Iam currently registered with them but was still unable to access the registry using both the ID aas well as my name and surname. This exercise has proven to be unsatisfactory and very disappointing not to mention the frustration experienced during pregnancy. Over and above that I had sent an email to their client care address and to date no one has rep**** to me.
