Ill treatment by Baby City in Woodmead staff member, a cashier by the name of Sen

<p>Today (11 April 2017) I was shopping at Baby City in Woodmead and as part of my shopping I looked at the Tommy Tippee baby grooming kit since I was considering to buy it . At the time I was looking at the kit the lady by the name of Sen was right there next to me packing some stuff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I left the kit where I found it and went ahead to pay for the stuff that I was purchasing. At the till came the same lady Sen to be a cashier. Firstly she did not even greet me but asked me in a very rude manner : where is that Tommy Tippee kit you were carrying?: My response was that I left it where I found it. The next thing she sent one of her male colleagues to go look for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was so humiliated because in not so many words she was basically accusing me of *****ing the kit. Her actions did not sit well with me and her actions made me very uncomfortable and humiliated, I then asked her if she was accusing me of *****ing the kit and her answer was: "why would I think that?".Her male colleague came back with the kit and gave it to her.</p> <p> </p> <p>She did not even apologise for her accussation, she made me feel so belittled. I paid and went to my car. However I sat for a few minutes in my car, I was very hurt and felt that my character was defamed. I then went back in the store to look for the manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Manager by the name of Grace came to me, I told her about my unhapiness due to the treatment by one of her staff members (Sen). All she told me was that those kits gets ****** alot hence Sen acted the way she did. This was just a confirmation to me that I was really beeing accused of *****ing.</p> <p>My respsonse to Grace was that Baby City should then tighten it security and not humilate their customers. In addition I told her I was not happy with the way she handled my complaint because she seemed to be making excuses for Sen instead of taking corrective action. I then informed her that I was going to report them to Hello Peter, they both just didn't care.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am hurt and humiliated by how I was treated at Baby City in Woodmead (Sen and her Manager Grace). My character has been defamed.</p> <p> </p> <p> I want Baby City Head Office to take action against these two ladies (Sen and her Manager Grace), in my life I have never been these humiliated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hello Peter I know that you never dissapoint, I will wait for any form of communication regarding this matter.</p>
