I WAS NOT TOLD AT THE SHOP THAT I CAN NOT RETURN THE BABY CAR SEAT

On the 01 of December 2019, I went to baby city at Mall of Carnival Brakpan to buy a Joei baby car city which was about R 3300, it was on special bought it for R 2800. I was never told that I can not return it. I only found out about that this morning when I was returning it simple because my car is way to small to fit the car seat nicely.

Am so unhappy about this. if it is their policy that they dont accept car seat returns, why are they hiding this information to customers.
