Horrible service and faulty used products.

I got my sister a Rocker for her baby shower gift along with a napping disposal bin. The gift was wrapped in the store( I paid extra for that) and the consultants never checked it. Which was not a problem for me because they said it has a year warranty. They gave me s sticker that I had to give to my sister because it’s her gift. Now when we open the rocker it not doing what I was promised it would do. It didn’t rock as the one displayed on YouTube or anything like what the shop assistant promised. ( I told the assistant exactly what I wanted) . To add on that, we didn’t get a manual to assist with assembling the Rocker. When we took it back to baby City , they say it’s our fault, it looks used. My question is then who used it because we didn’t?! Which makes me so angry that I paid R800 for a used product which had no manual. I’m very disappointed with Baby city Mall @ 55 because I have spent a lot of money there buying my friends gifts and baby things for my niece. While I was on the phone with the shop manager, my one colleague over hear the whole conversation and she pointed out that baby city has the worst service.

I am very horrified by the service we received.
