Horrible service

Good morning I am writing this email with great disappointment. We have a guy called Yusuf hired by our Company to assist us with our errands while we work. I sent Yusuf yesterday 24/08/2024 to Discheme baby city in Springfield, he came back very angry because of one of your employees who was at the till. He didn't get his name but said it was an tall Indian guy. This guy was even reprimanded by his colleague that he is being very rude. When customers come to you store they are not there to use his money to pay for the goods or to nurse an employees ego. He app**** for a Job and promised to provide the best customer service to customers. I need this to be addressed. I am not sure why he felt the need to tell a customer that he must stop wasting time in a rudely manner while this person is confirming with me on items purchased. He needs to contact Yusuf and apologize. You can sent an email to be to request for his number. I actually wanted to call the store but I said to myself I'm sure this guy thinks he can get away with this.
