Helpful staff are Everything!!

I shop at Baby City Lifestyle centre in Alberton, and over the weekend when I went to restock my babies things for the month I was told of the Magic Sale which would be today,29th August 2024. So I only brought things I really needed on Saturday to go back today for the sale.

I went today, pushing my baby stroller early in the morning. A lady called Seipati went at the back and came back with a trolley for me from the back somewhere, (I was there mainly for pampers boxes), it’s like she knew I needed it.

While I was struggling to push both the stroller and trolley consecutively, sis Thuli came to my rescue (as always).

I cannot express my gratitude enough! When you walk in the shop on a “normal” day, you will be asked if you need assistance by almost all the staff. And they know where things are in case you can’t find an item.

I got a goodie bag today which has amazing products. I even did a Tick Tok post unpacking the bag.

Thank you ladies for helping me. My shopping time was efficient and my baby didn’t get irritable at all
