Good service

In light of customer service week, I would like to compliment Yookidooh toys and Baby City. I had a faulty toy and phoned Tokai store where it was bought. Someone from Polokwane Baby City (closest one to where I live) phoned me and had it ready for pick-up. <br> <br> Both the toy supplier and the store manager kept following up and reminded me that they have a new toy ready for me. I was so impressed! They didn't ask many questions and had no problem exchanging the toy. I have since told many of my friend how amazing this bath toy is, and it's one of my favourite baby shower gifts!
