Gift card Ostend of cash

<p>So I have purchased a gift fo my friend which was a baby wrap. Unfortunatlt she already had one so she wanted me to get her something from another store online. </p> <p>I have read on the slip that the returns can be **** with in 7 day . Which I have .</p> <p>at the store the manager told me I have to get a store credit on which I refused as I did not want to pitches anything else in this store.</p> <p>There is nothing on the slip that states that I can not get my cash refund </p> <p>Then the manager says I can call head office, first of it's Durban number which I have to call off my phone .... then the person on the other side keeps on telling me about how they don't have to give me money back they doing me a favor by taking the item back.</p> <p>as far as I understand that consumers right is to return the item in original condition u should by law get ur cash back and not a stupid gift card which I now have to spend at baby city </p> <p>Pls tell me when on that slip says that I have to have credit at their store </p>
