Forced to pay a higher price than the one displayed on the item

I went to baby city to buy nappies. I get to the store see the price R 124.99 on pampers size 3 box of 120 nappies. I am happy with it go to the till and pay. When I get to the till the item is scanned, the the bell is rang, a lady by the name of Marcia comes to the till and says sorry sir the price you are seeing on this box is wrong. I cannot give you the item for this price? I enquired, she said the price belongs to another item it was a mislabeling and insisted that I pay the higher price. I paid the higher price of R 359.99, at the end I had to think about my baby who needed the nappies.

Well the price was on the box, It clearly is not my problem I cannot be held liable for mislabeling of items. When I buy I look at the price, I do not count the bars of the bar-code or anything else, I am interested on the rand value written. According to section 23 of the CPA a supplier cannot require a consumer to pay a price for goods or services higher than the displayed price. I would like to be refunded the difference between the price I paid R 359.99 and the price which was displayed on the box R 124.99. I will gladly visit the store to collect this difference.
