Faulty breastpump under warranty - Rejected

I am literally sitting in the car very embarrassed and crying from the humiliation that I experienced today at Babycity retail crossing. I purchased a breastpump for my 4 month old baby . I contacted Jenna a tommee tippee consultant via email to report the fault on my pump.she advised that I take it to the shop for inspection. A consultant named Alicia was soo rude and told me that she uses the same pump and does not have issues. I insisted that they can test it on me but she told me that the gave she uses is good enough and she doesnt have the time. This is my last time at baby city- I will never bother myself with the shop that supplies warranty stickers but question us when we need assistance. Basically I was told I don’t know what I am talking about.
