Fantastic employee

I have been shopping at Baby City in Somerset Mall since before my baby was born to prepare. My boy is now 9 months old and I have been shopping there regularly. I live in Herm**** so when I do go I would like these trips to count. There is an employee called Gibbs that work there and he is so useful. He knows the products really well and always go above and beyond to make you feel heard and to help you. I have been able to ask him questions over the phone as I live far away which makes a huge difference because the website to baby city is not as informative. I went to buy a car seat yesterday and when I walk in the store, he always greats me with a smile and remember who I am. I just want to commend him because you can see he works very hard and puts his heart into it. It makes me want to go back for the big purchases as I feel that I can trust his information.
