False return policy

I bought a snuggle wrap from your Northgate branch for my baby thats a few weeks old. I was actually looking for another make that wraps different, but thought i would try it as i was told that i can return the item if its not correct. I tried the item at home with my baby but he doesnt like it and it worsened his condition (the reason i need the wrap). I took the item back in perfect condition and told yes i can return but cant get my money back and can only get a voucher. Wow what false advertising. As a person not getting a salary currently due to maternity i have to watch every cent and now i cant buy what i need as the only money i have is tied up in a baby city voucher that i dont want. I think this is a discusting manner of doing business to ensure you dont lose money. A multi million rand company scared to lose R500. I am now unable to buy the wrap my baby actually requires and stuck with a voucher that i cant use as there is nothing in your shop i require. I will think twice before ever shopping there again as your adverti*****t is false and your manager is discustingly rude. Asking why you needed my contact info and how you will use it as i am entitled to this information she swore at me under her breath thinking i wouldn't hear her.
