False advertising and poor customer service

So I go there after seeing a car seat I wanted online only to find out they only has the one on show. Then someone who supposedly managers the store tells me to buy the car seat on show and the other employee tells us not to as it’s not safe. They call another branch who also doesn’t have it then I check and scroll through all branches in the country don’t have it. Why advertise something you don’t have available to purchase at stores or online that’s stupid!

Also don’t tell me to purchase a product over 8k instead which I went to the looking for a product with 1k. Clearly that should tell you I have a budget
