Fabulous customer service

From the moment we were expecting our first child, Baby City in Boksburg was our choice of store. The first time we went to purchase a pram, the staff were extremely knowledgeable of the products, friendly and made shopping there an absolute dream. We have been back numerous times since and they continue to shine in all departments. From the staff on the floor who are always willing to go that extra mile (from sharing friendly banter and their helpful service and advice), to the staff behind the counter (always friendly and quick to get things done).
