Extremely BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed and outraged at the staff and management at Baby City Boksburg. First of all I was waiting in the queue for 30 minutes without anyone explaining why we are waiting. When I finally was called to the counter the lady try to explain that they are on a different system and the prices does not scan. It did not seem that anybody knew what they were doing. (Shouldn't there be training when you use a new system?) After 10 minutes when I wanted to pay I was told that I can not use my gift card because of the system. The manager Monica just said I can't use it and walked away. So why do the store have gift cards and we can't use it? The only reason why I have a gift card is because Baby City does not refund. So now I can't even use it. This is not how you treat customers. There were no notices to say that they are going on a new system. And no one to explain what is going on. And the best of it all is the staff and management were laughing about it. At customers like myself for not being happy.
