Exchange on Baby Products

Very unhappy with the return policy, I wanted to exchange diapers and a baby bath seat that I received from a friend on my baby shower as it is to small for my little one. They refuse to exchange these Items, and said to me that they do not exchange without a slip.

I received this as a present and I do not have the slip.

I feel that this products is easy to resell for them.

Baby products is so expensive these days, they can at least exchange it for a different product
