Exceptional Service!

The Baby City Invesco Center branch in Pietermaritzburg offers exceptional service. Apart from having a wide variety of stock and a pleasant environment within the store. The staff add a magnificent personal touch. I work in the customer service industry and understand all to well how demanding it can be at times. Both my mum and I received excellent service from Brandon and Bianca, respectively. They offered us support by carefully considering our individual needs and their nature was warm, friendly, professional and kind! Even other staff that we did not directly interact with were pleasant and professional. Thank You Baby City for the exceptional service!
