Excellent Service at Baby City

My son and I visited Baby City in Somerset West today after he phoned in and spoke to Ntombi. When we arrived at the shop, Ntombi was there and assisted us.

What a pleasant experience this was. She was very friendly and helpful, also knowing what is going on pertaining to the stuff we wanted to buy.

This type of service is quite hard to find these days. Baby City can be proud of staff members like her for the excellent service she gives to customers. Well done!!
