Excellent service

Keegan at baby city Kenilworth centre is amazing. I called for help regarding a cot we bought there a couple of years ago. Due to our own fault it broke and needed a minor repair. He called the suppliers, made enquiries and kept me updated and informed of next steps. He is really and excellent customer support agent and I am very impressed by him.

He is the only person that actually got back to us after promising us that he would.
