Excellent salesman

<p>On the afternoon of 10th of Feb 2017 we walked in to the only baby city in the Eastern Cape based in PE to merely do a quote on some items we are looking to purchase for our unborn baby girl. I just want to comment on the excellent sales pitch we we received from a man called Frasier. He has the intricate qualities that are required to perform his duties adequately. His product knowledge was impeccable, his logic was on point he was persuasive and truly transparent and his general knowing on babies is acute and helpful. Well done to Baby City for giving their employees the right training and s****s to to make them proficient. We need more salesman that are as dedicated in satisfying the customer needs in all areas of product sales and service delivery.
