Excellent Customer Satisfaction!

We purchased a cot from Baby City Olympus, while unpacking we discovered that there was damage to the unit. I reported this on the website that evening. I received several calls in the morning from the branch as well as head office. Transport was arranged and the cot was exchanged and even assembled for us the very next day.

Everyone says they take care of their customers and that they give good after sales service, but Baby City has taken after sales to the next level!
