Don't bother to make a Baby City Gift Registry

I opened a gift registry at Baby City for my baby shower, thinking it would make my life easier...it has since been the worst thing about my pregnancy. I have had complaints from 10 of my guests trying to access my registry, some stores can't find it and others have no idea of what gifts have already been purchased so the chances of me getting duplicates is more of a definite. I have since checked at a store and things that have been purchased are still on the list. I spoke to managers from two different stores in order to rectify the problem and then to someone at head office. The excuses were terrible from trying to blame my guests for not telling them what they had purchased (I spoke to guest who said they made a big deal of telling them who they were buying for), one manager finally admitted that this happens all the time and I might as well resign myself to the fact that I will be getting doubles.
