Im so disappointed in Baby City Table View

I bought my son a christening outfit Saturday 28 Nov 2020. I asked the cashier if the outfit doesn't fit if i can return it...he reassured me it's fine. Yesterday when i wanted to return the outfit, from my walk into the store the security told me they will not refund or exchange. I spoke to the manager while the same cashier was there. I told the manager that the cashier told me i can return it. My son did not even wear the outfit i can send pictures what he had on the Sunday in church and at the reception. What must i do now with something my son will never wear? R370.00 down the drain...if in the first place the cashier had told me when i ask, than i would've had purchased the item

They can even look at the camera no one in the store assisted me everyone stood by the end of the till points having a fat chat.

So very dissipointed.
