Disgusting service, including faulty items

Terrible service from umhlanga at the crescent... Purchased a humidifier which was not even used more than 5 times... And under a year old... It stopped working.. When i had taken it to the store, i was told they wpuld check it up etc.. I waited a week and no response.. When i call in they had told me the rep isn't available and they sent the rep a video on what'sapp to determine weather it was fine to return to me.. Disgusting!!!!! Even worse when i call their hrad office.. The manager says the rep is unavailable and was not helpful at all... And i had to call them back.. No one returned my calls or informed me about anything regarding this item... Even though tje products have 2 year guarantee... Its a nightmare.. So i would suggest anyone to rethink purchasing with them... I have purchased many things online and happily satisfied with service and quality....
