Disappointed

We recently purchased a Tommy Tippee steamer and blender to value of R1999.00 and unfortunately the product did not function properly and we were also not satisfied with it as a whole, therefore we decided to return the product for a voucher to purchase other products as we always do. The branch staff were not helpful and did not try to understand. Surely in this day and age customers come first!! We can not have a product that we don’t want!

As loyal customers to baby city we are very disappointed. Quiet frankly this is taking advantage of customers. Very upset Agita and Kogan
