Disappointed!!!

The service received by Baby City is appalling! After going there taking 3 hours of my day to do a registery for my baby shower I got told that because the date of my baby shower was more than 5 weeks away they wouldn't be putting my items in a basket as all their baskets were full and that baskets with people's items only get set up 2 - 3 weeks before the date of your baby shower. I had to fill a trolley up have it scanned at the Till and got given all the items on a list with useless barcodes that mean nothing. Only to find out family and friends who were going to Baby City to try shop for my baby shower were told that there was no basket for me as I never requested one and they then got given a list full of codes to shop from!!! Thank you to your useless efforts and being so unhelpful, no one actually landed up buying from my registery and now I sit with tons of clothes and blankets and none of the items that I actually need for my unborn baby!!! What a waist of my time and money. Never will I every support Baby City again!
