Dis-Chem Baby City Umhlanga

I visited the Dis-Chem Baby City Umhlanga store over the weekend. I am an expectant first time mother. Although i did not ask for help, a wonderful lady by the name of Mel, came up to me and volunteered her help to me. She was extremely efficient and helpful! I had no clue what i needed and what to look for, but Mel spent over 2 hours with my Husband and I taking us through the very the basic products to the travel systems. She was extremely knowledgeable on the products, she knew every product in the store very well. She was really very friendly, patient and efficient! I am so thankful to her for making our experience such a pleasant one. Mel is the type of person who is clearly passionate about her job! She is the type of person who deserves to be in a management position! I will be back to the store to purchase all my baby items because of Mel and her great service! I have even referred others to the store, and have asked them to specifically ask for Mel. She is just amazing! My heartfelt gratitude to Mel! May her passion continue to drive her forward in all her future endeavors.
