Customer service poor Somerset Mall branch.

Myself and my Husband visited the store yesterday upon entry securities don't greet. Staff don't Greet unprofessional no customer service skills.We browsed an no floor assistant comes to us and ask for service only after when I approached your cashiers they all caught up in their conversations.... sitting on their asses. I had to call for assistance. Because we are coloureds we don't deserve the same treatment but when the whites step in its hello Mam / Sir.... bull **** stigma they must let go. Train your staff .
